Senior Architectural Technician Expressions of Interest

Were seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Senior Architectural Revit Technicians for upcoming opportunities to join our team working on a major health project.

These roles will support the technical delivery of the project with a focus on base build facade core and shell working closely with architects consultants and the wider project team to develop and coordinate detailed architectural documentation in Revit.

Qualifications :

Key skills and experience

• Advanced Revit capability and experience producing high-quality architectural documentation

• Experience working through design development and detailed documentation phases

• Strong technical knowledge across base build facade core and shell packages

• Experience coordinating architectural documentation with facade structural building services and other specialist consultants

• Ability to identify and resolve complex coordination and technical issues within a Revit environment

• Experience delivering large complex or highly serviced buildings

• Strong understanding of construction detailing buildability and documentation standards

• Ability to work collaboratively within a large multidisciplinary project team

• Health project experience would be valuable but is not essential; experience on similarly complex project typologies will also be considered.

• Full Australian work rights and ability to commence work in our Brisbane studio when appointed is essential.
