Key Responsibilities

• Lead detailed financial modelling including DCF sensitivity analysis and investment underwriting

• Prepare high-quality investor and marketing materials including IMs pitch decks and campaign collateral

• Analyze market trends comparable sales evidence and asset performance data

• Support transaction execution due diligence processes and data room management

• Maintain transaction property and investor databases

• Deliver market insights and strategic analysis to support client engagement

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery

About You

• Degree qualified in Property Finance Economics Business or a related discipline

• 3-5 years experience within commercial real estate investment banking or institutional investment environments

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability ideally within commercial property

• Experience using Forbury or similar property cashflow modelling platforms highly regarded

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Exposure to industrial property or valuations highly regarded
