About the Role

Based in our Newstead office were seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to drive growth across Queensland.

Working with architects designers contractors and end users youll build strong client relationships identify new business opportunities and deliver profitable sales outcomes across your territory.

Youll be joining a collaborative customer-focused and high-performing team with deep industry expertise and a strong reputation in the market.

What Youll Be Doing

• Growing and managing key customer relationships
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Developing and executing territory and account plans
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
• Managing project opportunities through our CRM and sales processes
• Representing Interface at industry events and networking opportunities
• Achieving sales and profitability targets

What Youll Bring

• 5 years of Account Management/ B2B Sales experience in the construction/ architecture and design industry essential
• Industry or associated industry knowledge.
• Capable of working professionally while under pressure in competitive situations.
• A current drivers licence.
• An understanding of the financial aspects of the business.
• Formal qualifications in sales and/or marketing or relevant field would be highly regarded
