Youll partner with the Coach Selling & Service to lead a designated zone in the store achieving sales and customer service.

Reporting into the Coach you will:

• Lead your team to ensure we deliver a premium in-store experience to our consumers
• Coach your team and provide leadership people development and feedback to elevate the team
• Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential
• Inspire: care about the team and most importantly have fun!

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Your passion for the Nike brand and desire to grow your leadership career
• Your 1-2 years retail leadership experience with a focus on product and in store selling and customer service
• Your strong written and verbal communication skills
• Your sound computer proficiency
• Your natural sense of urgency
