School Holidays HHQ Educator ELC

As an OSHC Casual Educator youll work primarily at Alphington Grammar giving you the opportunity to build ongoing relationships with the families children your team and the wider school community. With a carefully curated holiday program you will join and lead the children for their organised incursions excursions and in house activities it could be anything from a trip to the Melbourne Show to building a pet garden for example!

Holiday shifts will typically look like 8:00am - 5:30pm. There may also be the opportunity to casually support shifts during the term time if your availability permits. We are hosting the holiday program for the ELC so previous experience with early years is preferrable.

Qualifications :

• A genuine passion for working with children. 
• A team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role 
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check. 
• Australian working rights.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)  
• VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-level Educator in VIC in accordance with ACECQA
