Role Description:
We are seeking an experiencedSAP Security Leadto drive end-to-end security design governance and access management across SAP landscapes. The role involves leading SAP security activities across implementation support and transformation programs ensuring robust role design compliance risk mitigation and alignment with business and audit requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP Security activities across S/4HANA implementation upgrade and support programs
- Design build and maintain SAP roles authorizations and profiles across SAP systems
- Define and govern security architecture aligned with SAP best practices and compliance requirements
- Leadrole redesign and remediation activitiesfor S/4HANA transformations
- Manage user access provisioning access reviews and segregation of duties (SoD) controls
- Oversee security support for SAP landscapes includingECC S/4HANA Fiori BW BTP GRC and integratedsystems
- Drive SAP Fiori security configuration including catalogs groups/spaces pages and OData authorizations
- Collaborate with functional Basis audit compliance and business teams to address access requirements
- SupportSAP GRC Access Controlprocesses including ARA ARM BRM and EAM where applicable
- Lead security activities during system refreshes migrations upgrades and cutover cycles
- Review and mitigate security risks audit findings and compliance gaps
- Ensure security documentation role matrix governance standards and approval workflows are maintained
- Mentor team members and support capability development across the security function
- Manage escalations provide resolution strategies and ensure timely closure of critical access issues
- 10-12 years of total IT experience
- 8-10 years of strong SAP Security / Authorizations experience with leadership exposure
- 5 years of experience inSAP S/4HANA programs
- Proven experience in leading SAP security workstreams in large-scale delivery programs
- Strong expertise in SAP Roles and Authorizations and User and access administration
- Segregation of Duties (SoD) and compliance controls
- Fiori security and OData authorization concepts
- Experience inS/4HANA role redesign / remediation
- Strong understanding of SAP security across modules such asFI MM SD HCM BW
- Experience in handling audit compliance and risk remediation requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and leadership skills
- Hands-on experience withSAP GRC Access Control
- Exposure toSAP BTP security and cloud identity concepts
- Understanding of Basis transport management and integration security concepts
- Familiarity with SAP security forCPI / PI/PO / SuccessFactors / Ariba / Concurenvironments
- Relevant SAP certifications inSecurity / GRC / S/4HANA
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate business and compliance requirements into scalable security solutions
Experience leading distributed onsite-offshore teams
Strong ownership mindset and decision-making capability
Ability to drive governance standardization and continuous improvement across programs
Strong focus on delivery quality risk reduction and audit readiness
