Urgent requirement of SAP EWM Consultant - Contract - Melbourne

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP EWM modules.
Analyse troubleshoot and resolve incidents service requests and system issues within agreed SLAs.
Support inbound outbound internal warehouse and inventory management processes.
Monitor EWM queues IDocs RF framework and background jobs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM SD PP TM BASIS ABAP) for issue resolution.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
Support system enhancements configuration changes and minor developments.
Prepare and maintain functional documentation SOPs and knowledge base articles.
Assist with testing (unit integration UAT) and transport management.
Support warehouse users provide training and handle user queries.
Participate in cutover activities go-live and hypercare support as required.

Required Skills:

o Warehouse structure and master data

o Inbound & outbound processes

o Internal warehouse processes (putaway picking replenishment)

o Physical inventory and cycle counting

Experience with RF Framework Handling Units (HU) Wave Management and Manifest Management (if applicable).
Knowledge of integration with S/4HANA (MM SD PP).
Ability to debug and work with ABAP developers for issue resolution.
Familiarity with monitoring tools (/SCWM/MON SMQ1/SMQ2 SLG1).
Good communication and documentation skills.
