Sales, Training & Safety Support

Darwin NT Fixed Term contract until 02/2027 Monday to Friday

Synergie Australia is seeking an organised and proactive Sales Training & Safety Support professional to join a well-established business based in Winnellie.

This is a varied position combining WHS and training coordination internal sales customer service and administration making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and being involved across different areas of a business.

Working Monday to Friday 38 hours per week your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating employee and contractor inductions
• Supporting WHS processes hazard reporting and incident investigations
• Conducting scheduled workplace safety inspections
• Maintaining training records and coordinating training requirements
• Following up outstanding training and refresher requirements
• Monitoring the sales inbox and responding to customer enquiries
• Following up quotes and estimates
• Assisting walk-in customers and processing orders
• Liaising with production schedulers and site contacts regarding deliveries and priorities
• Providing general administration and operational support to the branch

Were looking for someone who is organised confident and comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities.

Youll ideally have:

• Experience in administration WHS training coordination internal sales or a similar role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• An understanding of workplace safety and hazard identification
• A proactive hands-on approach and willingness to support the wider team

A Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety would be highly regarded but is not essential.
