At Konecranes & Demag were looking for an ambitious Sales Specialist to help grow our Industrial Equipment business across a defined territory. What Youll Be Doing

As a Sales Specialist youll play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for our industrial crane and lifting equipment portfolio.

You will:

  • Develop and grow new business opportunities across your territory
  • Build strong relationships with industrial customers and key stakeholders
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation through to close
  • Prepare compelling quotations tenders and commercial proposals
  • Conduct customer meetings site visits and solution presentations
  • Collaborate with Service Sales teams to uncover additional opportunities
  • Work closely with Project Engineers Branch teams and Production to ensure smooth project handovers
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and forecasting within CRM systems
  • Negotiate pricing delivery schedules and commercial terms professionally and effectively
  • Stay ahead of market opportunities and customer needs

What Were Looking For

Essential:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Solution Sales or Business Development
  • Current and valid driver licence
  • Strong CRM and computer skills (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • A goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude

Desirable:

  • Experience or interest in lifting equipment or industrial applications
  • Knowledge of overhead cranes hoists or Australian Standards
  • Exposure to technical or engineering-based sales environments
