This role is perfect for a Business Development professional based in Melbourne or Sydney who thrives on Lead Generation and Pipeline Management.

This role reports to the Senior Manager Demand Generation Operations APAC.

What Youll Do

  • Lead Generation:Qualify inbound leads and executeoutbound salescampaigns to drive new business.
  • CRM Management:MaintainSalesforcedata integrity ensuring all account and contact data is validated.
  • Partner Activation:Activate dormant partner accounts and verify newly registered partners in the leads portal.
  • Market Analysis:Analyze sales data to identify trends and generate high-quality leads forAccount Executives.
  • Marketing Collaboration:Drive Learning Management System (LMS) activities activities and represent Axis atB2B marketingevents and AEC visits.

What You Bring

  • Experience:at least 3 years inSales DevelopmentInside Sales orBusiness Developmentroles.
  • Local Expertise:Currently based inAustralia (Melbourne or Sydney)with a strong track record in the local market.
  • Tech Stack:Proficiency inSalesforce CRMLinkedIn Sales Navigator .
  • Sales Skills:Proven success inprospecting booking high-volume meetings and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Education/Communication:Strong English communication skills to engage with leads and collaborate with the rest of the team and a solid grasp ofsales methodologies.
