Campbell Property Group (CPG) one of Australias leading residential construction and property development companies is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate for our high-performing Domaine Homes team in Watagan Park (in-between Newcastle and Central Coast) NSW.

As a Sales Associate youll be the first point of contact for prospective home buyers guiding them through the display centre experience and providing exceptional customer service. Youll work alongside a dynamic team supporting the sales process and helping clients find their dream home.

What youll do:

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming informative experience at the display home
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks including document preparation and record-keeping
• Assist with marketing initiatives and promotion of Domaine Homes residential products
• Maintain the presentation and professionalism of the display centre and sales office
• Register leads distribute marketing materials and build strong relationships with prospective home buyers

About you

To be successful youll bring:

• A natural communicator with a personable friendly approach
• Availability to work 5 days a week including weekends
• Excellent communication skills and a positive can-do attitude
• Highly energetic self-motivated and eager to learn
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team and independently
• A goal-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
