Whats on offer
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Safety Administrator to support our Health & Safety Team on the Coomera Connector Project based in Helensvale this role you will help with the coordinate safety documentation reporting compliance records and day-to-day administrative support to keep site safety operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate safety records including inductions training logs SWMS permits and incident reports.
- Support the H&S team with tracking and scheduling of training medicals inductions and certifications.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of safety communications toolbox talks and alerts
- Help coordinate safety meetings audits and inspections by preparing documentation and taking minutes.
- Ensure all site-based personnel have completed the required safety documentation management tools.
- Maintain and update the H&S register reporting systems and documentation management tools.
- Liaise with subcontractors and staff to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
How youll connect to the role
- Previous experience in a construction or industrial environment ideally in a safety or administrative support role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook). Experience with safety management tool is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders on-site.
- Understanding of safety documentation and compliance processes (desirable).
- A proactive team player with a focus on continuous improvement and safe work practices.
