Aboutthe role and where you will be working:
Your responsibilities will includebut not limited to:
- Analyse workforce utilisation labour costs overtime agency usage leave trends and key workforce metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support workforce forecasting establishment reviews and workforce planning initiatives.
- Partner with Rostering Officers to improve workforce planning outcomes and promote rostering best practice.
- Monitor compliance with industrial agreements workforce management standards and organisational requirements.
- Support workforce governance activities audits and compliance monitoring.
- Identify workforce risks and recommend practical solutions to support operational and financial outcomes.
- Contribute to workforce projects process improvements and system enhancements.
- Develop strong relationships with operational leaders and provide expert workforce planning advice.
About you:
To be considered for this role youll need:
- Experience in workforce planning rostering scheduling or workforce monitoring.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and identify trends.
- Experience using workforce management and rostering systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of workforce management principles industrial instruments and compliance requirements.
- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive solutions focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement
