Aboutthe role and where you will be working:

Reporting to the Workforce Planning Manager the Rostering Partner provides rostering expertise workforce analysis and strategic support to Rostering Officers and key stakeholders across the organisation. You will act as a subject matter expert providing workforce insights and recommendations that support effective decision making workforce optimisation service delivery and financial performance.
Join us in this permanent full time role based at our conveniently located Rivervale office where youll enjoy a supportive team environment and flexible working arrangements including the opportunity to work from home.

Your responsibilities will includebut not limited to:

  • Analyse workforce utilisation labour costs overtime agency usage leave trends and key workforce metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support workforce forecasting establishment reviews and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Partner with Rostering Officers to improve workforce planning outcomes and promote rostering best practice.
  • Monitor compliance with industrial agreements workforce management standards and organisational requirements.
  • Support workforce governance activities audits and compliance monitoring.
  • Identify workforce risks and recommend practical solutions to support operational and financial outcomes.
  • Contribute to workforce projects process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Develop strong relationships with operational leaders and provide expert workforce planning advice.

About you:

You are a proactive and analytical workforce professional who enjoys solving complex rostering challenges and influencing positive operational outcomes. You have a collaborative approach and are confident partnering with a broad range of stakeholders to provide workforce insights drive efficiencies and support best practice workforce management.

To be considered for this role youll need:

  • Experience in workforce planning rostering scheduling or workforce monitoring.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and identify trends.
  • Experience using workforce management and rostering systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of workforce management principles industrial instruments and compliance requirements.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive solutions focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement
