What youll be doing:
As the door opens at our multicultural centre you will notice largenature based play spaces and a warm home like learningenvironments in a quiet suburban area. Youll lead the close-knitteam of educators to ensure our children enjoy a safe hygienicand inspiring environment. Were looking for someone enthusiasticand eager to be a responsible person and willing to open and closethe centre.
Youll also be promoting School ReadY maintain high qualityprograms manage compliance and truly engage with our wonderfulchildren and families. At the end of your shift youll walk outthe door knowing the children are continuing to develop in bodymind and spirit.
Youll be great in this role if you
- Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early years education and care
- Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
- Have a minimum previous of 1 year being a room leader
- Hold a HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent
- Understand the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations 2012
- Previous experience in children services developing and implementing programs for 0-to-5-year olds
- Can obtain a National Police Certificate and have a current Working with Children card
