RGM Excellence Analyst

Were looking for an RGM Excellence Analyst to join our Revenue Growth Management team at LION.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting under the hood of how things work mapping processes finding opportunities to make them better and turning ideas into practical ways of working.

You dont need to come from an RGM or FMCG background. What matters most is strong process thinking confidence working with data and Excel and the ability to work across different teams to turn complexity into clear workable solutions.

A day in the life

Working closely with our RGM Excellence team youll help improve the processes tools and ways of working that support how we make commercial decisions across LION.

Youll:

• Map current processes identify pain points and help design simpler more effective ways of working
• Build clear process documentation workplans and practical tools that teams can use
• Use Excel and modelling to support communication and process improvement
• Coordinate actions priorities and dependencies across multiple improvement initiatives
• Work with stakeholders across RGM Sales Category Finance Supply Chain and other teams to gather requirements and build alignment
• Identify opportunities to simplify standardise or automate existing processes
• Support broader RGM initiatives including our pack configuration strategy

What youll bring

Process improvement capability is the big one. Youll be comfortable taking an existing process understanding what is and isnt working and helping shape a better way forward.

Wed also love to see:

• Strong Excel skills and experience using spreadsheets in your current role
• Experience in process mapping process improvement or re-engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confidence working with stakeholders and bringing different perspectives together
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and keep work moving
• Experience in consulting commercial finance category sales FMCG or similar environments would be valuable but isnt essential
