The primary purpose of this position is to lead one of the restaurants and bring the brands guest experience to life every day. This is a senior hands-on leadership role responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant from guest experience and team culture to food quality safety and commercial results.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and championing a guest-first culture with consistently high service standards
• Building leading and developing a high-performing management and team member group
• Driving food quality cleanliness food safety and WHS compliance
• Overseeing recruitment onboarding rostering and performance management
• Managing labour payroll and operational administration
• Monitoring sales costs and profitability against business targets
• Managing stock inventory ordering and supplier relationships
• Handling guest feedback professionally and proactively and building strong ties within the local community

The successful candidate will have:

• 24 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in QSR or fast-paced hospitality
• Proven ability to lead coach inspire and develop large teams with strong commercial acumen across labour cost and inventory management
• Sound knowledge of food safety WHS and compliance requirements
• A calm confident leadership style with strong communication organisation and decision-making skills and a genuine passion for food people and guest experience
