Join JLLs Value and Risk Advisory team as a Residential Subdivision Valuer and deliver high-quality valuations that shape major residential development projects across the market.

What Youll Do

• Deliver residential subdivision valuations that consistently satisfy client requirements

• Prepare valuation reports compliant with IVS API and IFRS standards

• Deliver reports on time and maintain proactive client communication

• Review and mentor Assistant Valuers

• Contribute to business development through client networking and prospecting

• Secure appointments with agreed terms of engagement and scope of works

• Exceed personal budget target and meet assigned financial targets

• Stay current with API Continuing Professional Development requirements

What Youll Bring

• CPV Qualifiedprofessional with proven property valuation experience

• Strong analytical capability with excellent numerical and financial acumen

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Confident and professional when engaging with senior stakeholders and clients

• Self-driven with a strong commitment to achieving targets

• Adaptable professional who quickly masters new technology systems and processes

• Town Planning experience (beneficial but not essential)
