Reservations Agent Casual

 Reporting to our Reservations Supervisor your responsibilities will include:

• Handling all incoming reservations enquiries via email or phone taking opportunities to up-sell hotel services and maximise revenue opportunities
• Providing passionate knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests
• Ensuring special requests are communicated to relevant Departments to ensure they are actioned appropriately and in a timely manner
• Responding to all reservations emails in a timely manner ensuring that accurate information is recorded in the reservations system

Qualifications :

• Experience in a customer service role with the ability use product knowledge to enhance the service experience and to solve problems
• Previous employment in a Reservations or Guest Service Agent role would be an advantage
• Prior experience working with RMS Opera or a related system is an advantage however training can be provided for the right candidate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills fluency in English
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
