What youll do in this role:

• Help connect children and families with opportunities to participate in clinical research and trials.
• Build relationships with clinicians health services and research partners to support trial growth.
• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality paediatric research with real-world impact.
• Gain hands-on experience in clinical trials while developing your research leadership capability.
• Play a key role in a growing DeakinBarwon Health initiative expanding access to clinical research.

To be successful youll have:

• Medical qualifications and clinical experience with a passion for paediatric research and a desire to grow as a clinical trial investigator.
• Knowledge of clinical trial conduct GCP research governance and ethics with a commitment to high-quality and participant-centred research.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage clinicians researchers health services and research networks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities; Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
