Reporting Specialist (ServiceNow)
Job Summary
Were looking for a ServiceNow Reporting Specialist to join our team with location open across the East Coast Australia (including Sydney Melbourne Canberra or Brisbane).
In this hands-on role you will work with ServiceNow Platform and Performance Analytics building reports dashboards KPIs and analytics solutions that help stakeholders understand service performance and make better decisions. Youll also contribute to project delivery and business-as-usual activities including reporting enhancements platform upgrades testing data quality improvements and continuous improvement initiatives across the ServiceNow platform.
About You
Youre a technical detail-focused ServiceNow professional who enjoys turning data into clear useful insights. Youre confident working to bring the practical experience needed to design build and maintain reporting solutions that support meaningful decision-making. To be considered for this role you will ideally bring:
- Current Active Government Clearance and Australian Citizenship.
- Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow Platform Analytics and Performance Analytics with the ability to build and maintain reports dashboards KPIs indicators breakdowns visualisations and data collection jobs.
- Certified Implementation Specialist Platform Analytics (CIS-PA) certification or a strong and demonstrated amount of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform Analytics / Performance Analytics.
- Strong technical ServiceNow capability with experience translating reporting requirements into accurate scalable and easy-to-use analytics solutions.
- Experience working with ServiceNow data reporting structures and analytics objects in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
