This is a full time immediate start opportunity for an experienced removalist driver ready to grow into a fleet coordination role. Working closely alongside the business owner some of your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out day to day removalist driving duties including furniture removals for home and office relocations
• Liaising directly with customers to ensure a smooth professional moving experience
• Answering phones and helping to book in jobs with first impressions front of mind
• Assisting with job scheduling and coordination in support of the owner rather than in a management capacity
• Progressively training into the coordination side of the business with a view to relieving the owner during short breaks and eventual holidays

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of five years experience as a removalist driver undertaking day to day removals
• A minimum MR drivers licence (essential)
• Exceptional telephone manner and customer service skills ready to represent the business at first point of contact
• A container forklift licence (highly regarded not essential)
