Job Summary

Overview

Susquehanna is looking for a Compliance Associate to support key aspects of our compliance and regulatory this role youll provide practical compliance guidance to business and support teams assist with regulatory inquiries and investigations conduct reviews to identify and address potential compliance risks and take ownership of compliance policies and procedures. Youll work to ensure consistent regulatory interpretation policy implementation and issue escalation across the firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional who enjoys solving complex problems building strong stakeholder relationships and operating in a fast-paced highly regulated environment.

What youll do

  • Provide advice and compliance oversight to the business and support functions
  • Assisting in responding to regulatory inquiries and investigations
  • Conduct routine reviews to identify and address potential compliance gaps
  • Take ownership of compliance policies and procedures ensuring they remain current practical and aligned with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate closely with Trading Compliance to ensure aligned regulatory interpretation policy and issue escalation
What were looking for
  • 3 years experience in a compliance role requiring critical thinking coordination and project management.
  • Knowledge of ASIC regulations and ASX Operating Rules.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys partnering across business and support functions.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credibility and explain complex regulatory concepts to a range of stakeholders.
