As a Registered Nurse with AnglicareSA youll be at the heart of creating a safe respectful and supportive environment where every resident feels valued. Your clinical expertise and compassionate approach will ensure older South Australians can live with dignity comfort and choice.
Youll guide and support our dedicated care team acting as a trusted leader and mentor while ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care. Every shift youll see the difference your care makes not just to individuals but to families and the broader community.
Youll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:
- Delivering high-quality nursing care through assessment care planning and hands-on support ensuring residents needs are always met with excellence.
- Acting as a role model and mentor inspiring and coaching care staff to grow and provide compassionate values-based service.
- Creating meaningful experiences that enhance residents quality of life and sense of belonging.
- Coordinating and maintaining quality systems championing continuous improvement in all aspects of care.
- Leading with empathy and clarity delegating tasks appropriately and supporting your team to thrive.
- Building strong respectful relationships with residents and their families always centring their dignity rights and wellbeing.
To thrive in this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing (or equivalent).
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
We would also love you to have:
- Previous experience in residential aged care.
- Ability to lead your colleagues and build effective relationships with residents and their families.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation in line with nursing competency standards.
