About the RoleAs a Behaviour Support Practitioner you will:
- Conduct behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans
- Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services
- Support NDIS participants families and carers to achieve meaningful outcomes
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide practical strategies that enhance quality of life and reduce restrictive practices
- Contribute to positive person-centred outcomes for people living with disability
Were looking for someone who:
- Is recognised as a Proficient or Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
- Has experience delivering high-quality Positive Behaviour Support services
- Is passionate about empowering people with disability to achieve their goals
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Enjoys working independently while remaining connected to a supportive team
- Holds a current drivers licence and has access to a reliable vehicle
- Has current and unrestricted working rights in Australia
