About the Role

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner you will:

  • Conduct behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans
  • Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services
  • Support NDIS participants families and carers to achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide practical strategies that enhance quality of life and reduce restrictive practices
  • Contribute to positive person-centred outcomes for people living with disability
About You

Were looking for someone who:

  • Is recognised as a Proficient or Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
  • Has experience delivering high-quality Positive Behaviour Support services
  • Is passionate about empowering people with disability to achieve their goals
  • Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Enjoys working independently while remaining connected to a supportive team
  • Holds a current drivers licence and has access to a reliable vehicle
  • Has current and unrestricted working rights in Australia
