Job Summary
UCS was founded over 30 years ago in Bendigo Victoria. Throughout its history UCS has been the Victorian market leader in delivering electrical utility services to the greenfield land development sector. The Regional Manager is accountable for overseeing end-to-end operational delivery of construction services across the North & West of Victoria. This leadership role ensures seamless coordination of workforce mobilisation project execution safety compliance logistics and stakeholder engagement. With a strong emphasis on safety operational excellence people leadership and continuous improvement the role drives high-performance standards regulatory compliance customer satisfaction and cultural alignment across UCS project sites.

Selection Criteria
Candidates will need to have extensive industry experience in the Victorian ESI sector ideally with knowledge and experience in overhead linework. Successful candidates will be highly organised with outstanding time management and customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is also a must.
