As a Regional Manager youll lead a portfolio of 6-9 stores partnering closely with Store Managers to maximise performance elevate customer experience and build strong engaged teams.

This is a hands-on leadership role where youll spend time in stores coaching developing talent and creating a culture that delivers outstanding results.

• Leading coaching and developing Store Managers across your region

• Driving sales profitability productivity and KPI performance

• Creating exceptional customer experiences through strong store standards

• Identifying and developing future leaders

• Supporting succession planning and talent development

• Managing rosters wages operational standards and compliance

• Driving visual merchandising excellence and inventory management

• Minimising shrinkage and ensuring strong loss prevention practices

• Building a positive high-performance team culture
