Synergie Australia is seeking Sorters for a recycling and waste management facility located in Perth South West.

Shift / Hours: Monday to Friday AM & PM shifts available
Pay Rate: Competitive pay with overtime opportunities
Start Date: Immediate start

Join a fast-paced hands-on recycling team performing physically active tasks to sort and manage recyclable waste.

• Sort and separate recyclable materials on conveyor lines

• Perform manual handling and housekeeping tasks including sweeping shovelling and tidying work areas

• Stand for long periods and complete repetitive tasks with attention to detail

• Communicate with team members via UHF radio or mobile messaging apps

• Follow all site safety procedures and maintain a clean organised workspace

• Be physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual handling tasks

• Stand for long periods and maintain focus on sorting accuracy

• Demonstrate reliability strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Have full working rights in Australia

• Have access to reliable transport to get to the site

• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and following site procedures

• Be able to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol (D&A) test and any required health checks

• No experience required - attitude and eagerness to learn matter most
