About the Role:

As the Recycling Manager for Buderim and Caloundra sites you are responsible for coordinating all recycling business activities. You will ensure key contracts are managed in accordance with contractual requirements and that operations and processes are run efficiently to maximise commercial outcomes.

Your Role:

  • Operational management of the Buderim and Caloundra sites
  • Manage lead and mentor the team across all sites
  • Contractual management and key stakeholder engagement
  • Develop and implement action plans in line with the strategic direction to achieve the goals of the business unit
  • Model safety leadership by complying with Endeavours Work Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure safety in and out of the workplace
  • Recruit develop and retain a qualified workforce committed to social inclusion and establishing professional relationships with individuals

All about you:

  • Proven experience in a waste management / resource recovery environment
  • Demonstrated experience in a management role leading and coordinating a team
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in meeting customer requirements under contractual conditions
  • Previous experience in contract management
  • Proficiency in computer applications including the ability to use the Microsoft Office suite of programs
