Sure People Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Recruitment Consultatns to join our team at our office in South Lake.

The Role:

• ASAP Start
• Talent acquisition - Recruitment Consultancy - Interviews - Submissions
• Ensuring all training qualifications and inductions are compliant and meet company client and site requirements.
• Liaising with clients and internal and external stakeholders clearly and professionally.
• Working in a friendly supportive team environment.
• You will be recruiting and manning for both local and FIFO roles within the Projects Construction Mining Engineering Defence sectors.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Superb Attention to detail skills
• Communication and Team Work
• Sound time management and Organisational skills
• Problem-solving and interpersonal skills with a forward planning mindset
• Microsoft Office Suite Exp including excel
• Experience with Martian Logic - Highly regarded

Experience in the recruitment industry in particular with labour hire experience in Mining Cranes / Rigging Engineering will be highly regarded.
