Youll be responsible for:Creating a positive first impression by welcoming visitors managing reception and handling incoming the day-to-day operations of the office through administration record keeping and general coordination mail deliveries office supplies and vendor requests to ensure everything runs with employee and visitor experiences including onboarding support office events and staff engagement workplace health and safety initiatives office compliance requirements and facilities Youll NeedPrevious experience in a Receptionist Office Administrator or Office Assistant communication and interpersonal organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.A proactive approach with excellent attention to Microsoft Office skills.A professional positive and approachable ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the coordinating meetings events or office logistics (desirable).Let us sweeten the deal!
