Job Summary

Up to $30 per hour plus super depending on experience

12months contract with possibility of extending

  • Part time or casual role Monday to Friday 30hours per week (6hours per day)

We currently have an opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist to provide a professional friendly and efficient front-of-house service within a busy warehouse environment. As the first point of contact for visitors contractors delivery drivers and team members you will play a key role in maintaining site security managing the switchboard and supporting day-to-day administrative operations.

THE POSITION

  • Manage the site switchboard and direct calls and enquiries efficiently
  • Welcome visitors contractors and delivery drivers ensuring all sign-in and site access requirements are completed
  • Coordinate visitor management contractor documentation and site inductions
  • Receive and distribute mail deliveries and courier items
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry filing and record management
  • Monitor reception and common areas to ensure a professional safe and well-presented environment
  • Support site meetings bookings and other operational requirements as required
  • Liaise with warehouse operations service providers and stakeholders to support daily site activities

THE PERSON

  • Previous experience in a reception switchboard administration or customer service role
  • Confident managing a busy switchboard and multiple competing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Reliable professional and committed to maintaining confidentiality and site security standards
