About the Role
As a React Developer you will play a key role in delivering high-quality user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Working closely with Product Owners UX/UI Designers and backend teams you will design build and optimise front-end solutions that support key digital initiatives. This is a hands-on role where you will also provide guidance on best practices contribute to continuous improvement and help uplift front-end development standards across the business.

In this role you will:

  • Design and develop responsive accessible front-end solutions using React and modern frameworks

  • Collaborate with Product UX/UI and backend teams to deliver seamless digital experiences

  • Create prototypes and concepts to validate ideas and support digital initiatives

  • Ensure code quality governance and adherence to best practices through reviews and source control

  • Partner with external agencies to guide and oversee front-end development outcomes

  • Work in an Agile environment contributing to continuous improvement and fast delivery cycles

This position is based in Perth on a permanent full-time basis.

About You
You are a highly skilled front-end developer with a passion for creating intuitive high-performing digital experiences. With strong expertise in React and modern web technologies you bring a collaborative mindset and a continuous improvement approach to your work. You thrive in Agile environments enjoy solving complex problems and are committed to delivering solutions that balance technical excellence with user needs.

Ideally you will have:

  • Strong experience with TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (e.g. )

  • Advanced proficiency in HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript

  • Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library

  • Solid understanding of responsive design accessibility standards and SEO principles

  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
