Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organised Quality System Administrator to join our Quality and Development Team and support the ongoing administration of our Learning System CompliLearn.

This role is well suited to someone with strong computer literacy attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills who enjoys working collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

You will be responsible for the administrative management of the learning system including maintaining staff training records supporting system functionality and ensuring content is accurate and up to date. The role will also provide broader administrative support to the Quality and Development Team requiring regular liaison with staff across the organisation.

This position offers flexibility and can be based at any of our RFBI sites without the need to relocate to our Sydney Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training on RFBIs Learning System CompliLearn to staff ensuring effective use of the system.
  • Provide ongoing support to system users and manage issue escalations with the system vendor Ideagen.
  • Collaborate with the system vendor to identify areas for improvement and prioritise system functionality enhancements.
  • Maintain and manage user access rights and roles to ensure secure system use.
  • As required provide updates to management on system changes new features and performance.
  • Organise training for Villages from external sources e.g. Optimal and Safe Medication Administration (OSMA) Hartmanns.
  • Record keeping (RN/EN Care Staff Hartmanns and OSMA sessions).
  • Assist with administrative tasks within the greater Ideagen System PolicyConnect and Assurance.
  • Create implement and review new and updated forms and documentation related to the systems.
  • Assist with ensuring system compliance and collaborate with Quality and Development Team for effective system use e.g. auditing within the system.
  • Qualifications and Experience:
  • Strong administerial skills and time management skills
  • Proficient in using online systems
  • Ability to develop and deliver application training
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience utilising learning systems (Desirable)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Desirable)
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Desirable)
  • Certificate IV in Ageing Support (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of the aged care sector
  • Current National Criminal Record Check
