Were on the hunt for a REAL Publican someone who lives and breathes hospitality leads from the front and brings locals together by creating pub experiences they love.

With a large modern bar delicious pub food and great function spaces the Beach Hotel is a local favourite in Seaford. Were situated on the corner of Commercial Rd and Griffiths Dr; just a 15 minute walk to the beach.

Our Bar menu has a selection of pizzas to choose from and the Bistro menu offers delicious meals from the chargrill or rotisserie. If our guests are after a quality pub meal weve got them covered with everything from schnitzel to steak salads and everything in between served at both the Bistro and Bar. Theres plenty of seating inside or guests can grab a seat in the Alfresco area or Beer Garden.

The bar at the Beach Hotel is the perfect spot to settle in to catch up with mates watch the game or enjoy an afternoon session. On the weekends weve got live entertainment making us the hottest place in Seaford for a night out.

Salary: From $92000 superannuation bonus

• You know the locals by name they reckon youre one of their own all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
• You run the place like its your own modern-day home keeping things safe smooth and compliant.
• Youre the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team.
• You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
• You bring the vibe the service and the smiles every shift every day.

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

You already know if this is for you. Youve got the experience the presence and the pride it takes to own a pub like its been yours forever. Youre not just running a venue - youre living the Publican life.

• Hold current industry RSA RSG and Responsible Person qualifications as per South Australian state requirements
