As the Property and Fleet Coordinator youll support the effective management of HBFs national property and fleet portfolio. Reporting to the Property and Fleet Manager youll provide administration coordination and reporting support across leases fleet assets contracts and operational activities helping keep our workplaces and fleet services running smoothly.

This is a varied role youll maintain accurate records coordinate routine activities support reporting and work closely with stakeholders landlords and service providers across the business. This is a part time opportunity (37.5 hours per fortnight) that can accommodate school hours or set days.

Key responsibilities include

  • Maintain lease documentation tenancy schedules contract records and critical date registers

  • Coordinate fleet administration including registrations insurance maintenance bookings and vehicle records

  • Maintain property fleet and asset registers and support asset reporting activities

  • Track operational requests issues and action items ensuring timely follow-up

  • Support invoice processing purchase orders procurement and contract administration



About you
Youre an organised administrator with strong attention to detail and a passion for keeping systems records and processes running efficiently. You enjoy working across multiple priorities building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering high-quality administrative support.

Youll also bring

  • Strong administration organisational and document management skills

  • Experience maintaining registers schedules records and reporting information

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers

  • Experience in property fleet facilities contract or business administration would be highly regarded

  • A commitment to accuracy customer service and continuous improvement
