Property Accounting Manager

Colliers is looking for an experienced Property Accounting leader to oversee our national property accounting and client reporting function within Real Estate Management Services (REMS).

This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly visible role where youll partner with senior leadership lead a specialised team and drive improvements across finance systems and operations.

Youll be the go-to expert for property accounting ensuring exceptional client outcomes strong financial controls and continuous improvement across the business.

What youll be doing

• Leading our national property accounting and client reporting function
• Managing and mentoring a high-performing team of trust accounting professionals
• Partnering with senior leaders on budgeting forecasting and business performance
• Driving process improvement automation and systems enhancements
• Ensuring compliance governance and financial control standards are maintained
• Supporting new business opportunities through commercial and financial input
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key clients

Qualifications :

What were looking for

• Extensive experience in property accounting trust accounting or real estate finance
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to develop high-performing teams
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Experience improving systems processes and operational efficiency
• CPA or CA qualification preferred
• A collaborative approach and passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes
