DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Project Specialist - Air & Seain AUS - Port of Brisbane Egret Street

This position is responsible for managing freight forwarding operations for clients within the Mining Gas and Industrial Projects sectors.

Your typical day at DSV:

• Coordinate and manage project logistics across all transport modes including breakbulk OOG and heavy haulage shipments.

• Work with service providers to source competitive transport solutions.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting customer retention and growth.

• Track orders manage bookings and follow up on job registrations.

• Liaise with stakeholders and resolve operational or service-related issues.

• Ensure accurate documentation lodge PRAs in 1-Stop and support KPI achievement.

About you:

• Proven experience in international freight forwarding is essential; project freight experience is highly regarded.

• Adopt a customer-first approach prioritizing customer needs and expectations in all operations.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete documentation accurately and thoroughly.

• Effective time management and prioritisation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CargoWise One (CW1) is preferred.
