The GSC Program is a Commonwealth sponsored program that was established to increase the number of Australian suppliers and export opportunities within the global supply chains of major Defence companies (Primes) including Raytheon Australia.

in a small focussed team this exciting and challenging role involves identifying enabling and connecting Australian Defence Industry to participate in global markets to create a more sustainable resilient and competitive sovereign Defence capability.

Supporting the Program Manager and the Industrial Engagement Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Managing multiple work streams including the Innovation R&D and the Industry Training programs liaising with internal and external stakeholders supporting document reviews and drafting responses business coordination and data management and reporting.
• Measuring recording and analysing key program metrics and preparation of the formal reporting package to the customer on a periodic basis.
• liaise with the Commonwealth customer with Australian Industry and with senior internal stakeholders.
• Innovation R&D work packages
• Training program coordination
• Measurement and Analysis of data and associated Commonwealth and internal Raytheon report generation
• Preparation of presentations and reports.

Skills Experience & Qualifications

• Desirable: Bachelor of Business or Project Management
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to appropriately prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
• Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security clearance as needed.
