As our Project Office Coordinator youll be the person who keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes. From managing the day-to-day running of the site office to supporting the project team with administration coordination and organisation youll play a key role in creating an environment where people can do their best work.

What youll be doing

  • Keeping the site office running smoothly day to day
  • Ordering and managing stationery PPE site supplies and other office consumables
  • Coordinating site inductions onboarding and maintaining workforce records
  • Organising meetings preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes
  • Managing office-related expenses invoices and operating costs
  • Reconciling project credit card transactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating travel accommodation catering and visitor arrangements when required
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers subcontractors and site teams
  • Maintaining organised filing systems and project records
  • Supporting the broader team with general administration and coordination tasks
  • Helping create a positive welcoming and professional office environment

What youll bring

  • Experience in an Office Coordinator Site Administrator Office Administrator or similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A proactive approach and a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
  • Confidence managing office logistics suppliers and day-to-day administration
  • Experience processing invoices reconciling expenses or supporting office budgets
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with people at all levels
  • A friendly approachable style and genuine enjoyment of working with people
