  • Progress Monitoring: Track milestones identify risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and guide project teams to ensure effective collaboration and results.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed progress reports for stakeholders covering timelines budgets and deviations.



Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or precast concrete industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning budget management and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of quality and safety compliance standards in the construction industry.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt under pressure.
  • A relevant degree or certification in construction management civil engineering or a related field is preferred.
