Project Manager

As we expand Fletch Collective in Queensland we seek a Project Manager to join our team. Managing the delivery of fitout and refurbishment projects across diverse sectors this role will be responsible for:

• Delivery of the project from tender handover to completion in accordance with the companys procedures
• Manage and review the timely completion of the works pursuant to the project program including the administration financial management and reporting for the project
• Be responsible for the management coordination and quality of the works to be performed
• Initiate modify and implement the Safety Plan and chair safety meetings
• Comply with the responsibilities set out in the company safety policies practises and procedures and conform to OH&S legislative requirements to provide a safe workplace at all times

Qualifications :

The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience:

• Degree Diploma or Trade in Construction or Building or related discipline
• Solid experience in managing the delivery of building fitout or refurbishment projects from tender handover to completion
• Ability to communicate influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative sound reasoning listening and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to build and lead an effective results driven team
