Project Engineer

The Opportunity

This is where you step up as a Project Engineer. At Built youll take ownership of key project packages work on complex high-profile builds and be trusted to drive outcomes from day one backed by a team that supports you to grow quickly and deliver at a high standard.

As a Project Engineer youll play a key role in delivering projects safely on time and on budget working closely with Project Managers site teams and subcontractors to drive performance across every stage of delivery.

• Manage key project packages from procurement through to delivery and close-out
• Drive programme performance by identifying risks early and implementing practical solutions
• Coordinate subcontractors consultants and suppliers to ensure works are delivered to plan
• Support cost control by managing variations forecasting and reporting
• Contribute to a strong site culture focused on safety quality and continuous improvement

What we are looking for

• Degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience as a Project Engineer (or similar) within commercial construction
• Strong understanding of project delivery contracts and construction methodology
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced environments
• A proactive solutions-focused mindset with strong communication skills
