What youll do

As the Project Administrator for the Water Utilities Team in Southeast QLD youllcontributetoprojects and programs thatmake a real difference and be part ofateamthat embraces challenges welcomes diverse ideas and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams including document control scheduling and reporting.
• Coordinate meetings prepare agendas draft minutes and manage project correspondence.
• Assist in tracking project progress budgets and resources.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support compliance with company policies quality standards and safety requirements.

What youll bring

• Proven experience in project administration or similar roles preferably within industrial or engineering sectors.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced multidisciplinary team environment.
