In this role youll:


Play a key role in providing program and project management support across a diverse portfolio of grants partnerships and activation initiatives. Working with grant management platforms such as SmartyGrants youll help coordinate the end-to-end administration of grant programs support governance reporting and stakeholder engagement activities and contribute to the delivery of events and initiatives that shape communities across NSW. Youll also work closely with a wide range of external stakeholders building strong relationships and ensuring effective engagement throughout the life of each program while supporting the administration of a portfolio of concurrent projects and funding recipients. The role will also contribute to the preparation of reports presentations briefing materials and other resources that support program delivery and knowledge sharing.

About you


Youre an organised and proactive professional with experience administering grants and exposure to grant management systems ideally SmartyGrants or a similar platform. You enjoy working across multiple priorities are confident supporting complex programs and are comfortable engaging with external stakeholders at all levels. You can manage competing priorities across a portfolio of projects and stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail preparing clear and concise communications and delivering quality outcomes. Experience within NSW Government or Local Council environments would be highly regarded as would a genuine passion for contributing to projects events and initiatives that create vibrant places and positive outcomes for communities across NSW.
