About the Role

Were seeking a motivated Program Facilitator to deliver structured engaging group programs that support individuals in building life skills confidence and resilience for successful community reintegration.

In this rewarding role youll facilitate programs focused on personal development wellbeing communication and cognitive skills helping participants create positive lasting change. This role offers purpose driven work where you can make a real difference in peoples lives. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate high-quality group-based programs focused on life skills and wellbeing
• Deliver engaging activity-based sessions that develop problem-solving and thinking skills
• Manage program scheduling and participant waitlists
• Track and report on participant progress as part of case management

What You Bring / About You

• Qualification in community services welfare or a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience delivering group programs or training sessions
• Strong communication skills with a professional approach
• Ability to engage people with complex or challenging behaviours
• Highly organised with strong time management skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

This Role Requires

• Strong relationship-building with participants and staff
• A commitment to safety structure and professionalism
• Ability to obtain and maintain security & police clearance

Company Overview

Fulham Correctional Centre is the largest privately managed prison facility in rural Victoria located in Fulham. With a focus on rehabilitation and reintegration the Centre manages a population of up to 1049 male prisoners including an 84 bed Nalu Transition Community Program. Our mission is to provide offenders with the opportunity to engage in work education and transformative programs that address the root causes of criminal behaviour.

We believe in creating pathways to community safety through innovative rehabilitation initiatives. By providing comprehensive support and resources we aim to facilitate successful reintegration for our prisoners significantly reducing recidivism rates and promoting positive community outcomes.
