Professional Services Intern – Fund Administration and Accounting

Rawlings Bolton is looking for a motivated student or early-career candidate to join us as a Professional Services Intern Fund Administration and Accounting.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how a Brisbane professional services firm supports clients fund managers and investors across fund administration trustee services accounting support compliance governance investment operations family office wholesale advisory and corporate advisory work.

You will work alongside experienced team members use real systems support real workflows and build the practical habits that matter accuracy confidentiality curiosity communication and follow-through.

• Practical experience in fund administration accounting support and professional services operations.
• Exposure to client service governance compliance and investment-related workflows.
• Confidence working with registers source documents schedules reconciliations and review-ready workpapers.
• Insight into Rawlings Boltons formal internship pathway and future career opportunities.

This opportunity may suit a minimum 2nd year finance commerce accounting economics or CA pathway student who is curious reliable detail-oriented and keen to learn by doing.

You do not need to know everything on day one we are looking for someone who asks good questions takes care with their work and wants to grow.

• Location: Brisbane office
• Type: Casual / part-time internship
• Pattern: 3 full days per week or equivalent
• Term: As soon as possible to 15 December
• Pathway: This role can be a practical pathway into Rawlings Boltons formal internship program although entry is not automatic.
