About the role.

As our Manufacturing Night Shift Supervisor youll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of our Prepared Foods production team. Youll be responsible for creating a safe engaged and high-performing work environment while ensuring production plans are delivered efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role where youll coach and develop team members drive continuous improvement initiatives and partner closely with colleagues across production quality maintenance and supply chain functions.

What youll be doing.

• Leading and supporting production teams during night shift operations
• Creating a strong safety-first culture and promoting safe work practices
• Coaching developing and motivating team members to achieve individual and team goals
• Monitoring operational performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Supporting quality and food safety standards across manufacturing activities
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve production objectives
• Supporting workforce planning employee engagement and performance conversations
• Ensuring compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements

What youll need to be successful.

• Experience leading teams in manufacturing warehouse logistics supply chain or other operational environments
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to motivate coach and develop others
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• A commitment to safety quality and customer outcomes
• The ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure
