What Youll Do:

• Firstly youll want to have a love for Manufacturing!

• Operate and monitor equipment using software systems and hands-on checks.

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address repairs efficiently.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain smooth operations.

• Safely run multiple pieces of equipment ensuring on-time high-quality production.

• Uphold quality and safety standards while providing detailed shift handovers.

What are we looking for
