About the Roles

Working as part of a high-performing manufacturing team youll support the production of quality bakery products in a fast-paced automated environment.

Opportunities available across:

• Production
• Packaging
• Sanitation

Shift Availability:

• Morning Shift: 4am/6am to 12pm/2pm
• Afternoon Shift: 12pm to 8pm
• Weekday and weekend shifts available
• Flexibility for overtime required based on production demands

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment
• Perform machine operation and basic troubleshooting
• Pack finished products to quality standards
• Maintain food safety hygiene and GMP requirements
• Complete sanitation and cleaning activities where required
• Follow all site safety procedures and operational processes
• Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold company values

Skills & Requirements

Essential:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing production warehousing logistics or similar environment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and workplace procedures
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling including lifting up to 25kg
• Valid Australian working rights
• Reliable transport

Highly Regarded:

• Food manufacturing experience
• Production operator experience
• Machine operation experience
• Packaging or process work experience
• Sanitation or industrial cleaning experience
