The role
This position sits within our Urology business unit and is responsible for actively promoting and supporting the adoption of our Urology product portfolio working closely with customers in theatre.
This role covers the South East Victoria Territory and Tasmania so being based within reasonable reach of Melbourne is ideal.
Responsibilities will include:
- Achieving territory targets
- Building strong relationships with urologists theatre staff and key stakeholders
- Delivering product demonstrations clinical support and in-service education
- Identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
- Developing and executing territory and call plans
- Maintaining accurate records and forecasts in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborating with the Business Unit Manager and internal teams
- Attending theatres customer meetings and industry events
About you
- Experience in medical device sales or a related healthcare sales role
- Theatre experience is essential
- Confidence building close trusted customer relationships
- Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel regularly
- Comfortable spending the majority of your week on the road and in theatre
- Strong territory planning and time management skills
- Salesforce (or similar CRM) proficiency
- Tenacious collaborative and open to feedback
